# Sign Up

Use this form to fill in the required details about your organization and you as the primary authorized user. Once submitted and confirmed, you will be contacted by us and guided on how to sign in and to set up your first survey.

The SOS application is free to use for 60 days for up to 30 users.

# Sign In

After you have Signed Up and been notified of your user account and login page by us you can sign in to the application. During your first survey we will guide you on how to add users, survey participants, and how to start the survey.

# Free Trial Period

It is free of charge to test the application for 60 days for up to 30 users. Should you wish not to continue, you simply terminate within 60 days by letting us know. Otherwise the service subscription will continue for a year and you are billed for the number of users you signed up for. See Prices.
