# Terms of Service

The terms for using SOS is governed by the Terms of Service which includes supplementary terms and policies which cover Service Level Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, och Data- and Security Policy. The Terms of Service are accepted by the customer in connection with creation of the customer account.

# Personal Information (GDPR)

In addition to acceptance of the Terms of Service, Sahlgren & Skog will enter into a 'Personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal' with the customer in accordance with the EU legislation "General Data Protection Regulation" ("GDPR").
